Reporting an incorrect code

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. Please include the brand and exact model, the firmware or build number if you know it, the code you tried, and what actually happened. Reports from someone holding the device are far more reliable than second-hand lists, and we update the database quickly when a code turns out to be model-specific or removed.

Suggesting a brand or device

If your manufacturer is not covered yet, tell us which brand and which models you would like added and we will prioritise the ones people ask for most. Links to official service documentation are especially welcome.
